1.2 Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to book services, or have the legal authority to consent on behalf of a minor.
1.3 Booking and Payments
All consultations must be prepaid and booked through the online scheduling system. Cancellation and refund policies are clearly stated during the booking process.
1.4 No Emergency Services
AskNurseNYC.com is not a substitute for emergency care. If you are experiencing a medical emergency, call 911 or go to your nearest emergency facility.
1.5 Intellectual Property

Consultations cannot be provided to clients located outside these regions, in accordance with nursing licensure regulations.
1.8 Authorized Representative Consent
All health information submitted must be provided directly by the client or by a legally authorized representative (e.g., parent, guardian, or caregiver). If someone else is completing the booking or providing health details, they must have the client’s explicit consent. AskNurseNYC.com is not responsible for data submitted without proper authorization.
